Seminar: Social Engagement and the Steps to Being Social
Social Engagement & the Steps to Being Social is a unique, visual and easy to use model developed to guide assessment and intervention across age groups and severity levels for individuals with ASD. The model breaks pivotal social skills into smaller steps that are easily measured and targeted for growth. This one-day course (delivered in two half days) includes lecture, and video as well as breakout group discussion and problem solving. Evidence based practices which best match specific skill sets will be reviewed for each component of the model. This fast-paced training will emphasize personal connection and practical application.
