Bridging Talents is a company formed in 2004 by individuals deeply passionate about learning and education.

With backgrounds of special education, training and human resources, we saw a need to bridge talent gaps and encourage a spirit of lifelong learning.

At Bridging Talents, we strive to be a catalyst for change in the area of education and learning by organising events and functions to enrich our community. The Company is built on principles of service, collaboration and learning. We are inspired to serve the community of educators, parents, students and learning professionals. We hope that through our seminars and conferences, we can help create a network of collaboration; making learning fun and fulfilling.

Rainbow Centre
Rainbow Centre was established in 1992, although its contribution to special education dated back to 1987 under the Singapore Council of Social Service. For more than two decades, it has championed the cause of enhancing the quality of life of children with special needs through education and training to enable them to achieve their fullest potential.

Social Service Training Institute (SSTI)
The birth of SSTI in June 2003 formerly the Training Development Department in the National Council of Social Service signified a concerted effort to make quality and innovative learning a hallmark for the sector. SSTI takes on the strategic and leadership role in driving training and non-profit management/governance consultancy efforts for the social service sector. SSTI offers a wide spectrum of services geared towards enhancing the capability of VWOs.
