How do I get a corporate account?
You will have to obtain a “Opening Corporate Account Form” by emailing us at btalents@singnet.com.sg for the appointment of the organisation’s authorised coordinator to do registration. Thereafter, we will email you the User ID and password for the coordinator to login to register.
How do I know if my registration is successful?
Individual – Upon checkout from the website registration system and have made full payment, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt for your purchase and we will follow up through email when the course is confirmed to run.
Corporate – Upon registration on our website registration system, you will receive an acknowledgement of successful registration and we will follow up through email on invoicing when the course is confirmed to run.
When will I get my e-certificate after attending a training?
You will receive your e-certificate in 2 to 3 weeks after the training; subject to payments received. In cases of less than 75% attendance, no e-certificate will be issued. E-certificates requested after 6 months from end of training will be charged a nominal administrative fee.
Can I record the training?

What is the cancellation/refund policy?
For cancellation of courses beyond our control except for force majeure cases, a full refund on course fees received in SGD will be made and no other costs shall be claimable (eg. booking of air ticket, meals, accommodation, exchange rate fluctuations, bank charges on remittance).
How do I get my refund for a course that is cancelled/postponed?
You will have to inform us of your decision on a refund and provide us information on your payee name, bank name and bank account number – for local bank transfers. For refunds to overseas registrants, please email us at balents@singnet.com.sg as more information will be required.
