Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) UTAP is a funding scheme under the NTUC to support union members in their skills upgrading efforts. It provides a 50% unfunded course fee support, capped at $250 per calendar year.
Eligibility Criteria:
- NTUC members with a paid-up membership before course commencement and throughout the entire course duration.
